You get 30 days from receiving your order to ask for your money back. Condition is not a barrier — opened or unopened, used or unused, the lot still qualifies inside that window.
An approved refund is credited to your bank account. Expect up to 3-5 business days before it surfaces on your statement; the exact timing is set by how quickly the processing bank moves, not by us.
Sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular-priced items are eligible.
